UFO Sighting Over Bellshill, Lanarkshire - 26th July 2024

A resident in Bellshill, Lanarkshire, was left astounded last Friday, 26th July 2024, after spotting a peculiar dark mass in the sky. The object, which appeared to rotate, was quickly captured on camera by the witness.
The unidentified flying object (UFO) was observed drifting through the sky in a manner described by the witness as unusual and reminiscent of something from the Harry Potter series. The resident recounted her experience, "The skies have been beautiful lately with bright colours and when I heard the helicopter for the third time that day, I did look up and I caught a glimpse out the corner of my eye of it".
"It was the way it was moving that made me want a closer look. I just thought it was strange and reminded me of something out of Harry Potter the closer it got", she continued. The witness further noted that the object was "still dark even when it passed over my house", adding to the mystery.

From seeing the video we think it's safe to conclude this is a helium balloon, unless further, more compelling evidence comes forward. Further adding to the already difficultly of separating out the genuine UFO sightings/reports.
