An incident has shaken the tranquility of Nuevo Laredo's local ranching community, as 17 sheep and goats were discovered deceased under odd circumstances. The discovery left rancher José García stunned, as what was expected to be a routine day turned into a scene of something akin to a horror movie.

Each animal was found intact, ruling out predation as the cause of death. However, a precise wound on the neck of every animal has left investigators puzzled, with no immediate explanation for the phenomenon.

Local authorities and experts have been summoned to probe the scene in hopes of unravelling the mystery. The ranch's perimeter has been meticulously scrutinised for any signs of intrusion or unusual activity, yet conclusive evidence remains elusive.

Speculation regarding the cause of death abounds, with theories ranging from wild predators to more supernatural explanations. Despite the notion that the notorious Chupacabra might be responsible, scepticism towards such claims is prevalent, with many attributing the incident to more mundane predators like coyotes.

The incident, the first of its kind in recent memory, has not only resulted in the loss of livestock but has also instilled a sense of unease among Nuevo Laredo's residents, who heavily rely on their ranches and farms for sustenance and livelihood.

As investigations continue, the hope is that clarity will emerge, providing answers to the perplexing circumstances surrounding the deaths of the sheep and goats, but as of now three are no answers as to the cause of the dead animals.
