A former British Special Forces paratrooper has come forward claiming that the UK military captured a crashed alien spacecraft in the 1980s, sparking comparisons to the infamous Roswell incident in the United States.
Franc Milburn, a veteran of the British Army's elite parachute regiment, disclosed the astonishing account in an exclusive interview with an online UK based newspaper. Milburn's testimony adds to the growing chorus of UFO whistleblowers, echoing sentiments expressed by figures like former US intelligence official David Grusch.
According to Milburn, the extraordinary incident unfolded during the late 1980s, involving a covert unit known as "E Squadron", which comprised highly trained veterans of the British Special Forces.
Describing the event, Milburn recounted, "He said they were tasked to secure and retrieve the craft in the north of England. They were flown in by helicopter. They established a cordon, a perimeter, and they approached the craft. He didn't describe the craft, he just said it was obvious it was non-human, and it was obvious that there were occupants who had fled the scene on foot - or whatever you call it."
Milburn further elaborated that around six to eight men were assigned to guard the mysterious craft, while the remainder of the unit was dispatched to track down the alleged extraterrestrial beings that had purportedly escaped from the vessel.
Despite Milburn's detailed account, the lack of corroborating evidence and specific details surrounding the incident leave many questions unanswered. The exact location, identities of those involved, and any tangible evidence remain elusive.
Instances of alleged UFO encounters and sightings have long captivated public imagination, yet they often lack substantiated evidence. While Milburn's testimony offers a tantalising glimpse into a potential clandestine operation, it underscores the need for concrete evidence to validate such extraordinary claims.
The Ministry of Defence declined to comment on Milburn's assertions, adhering to its longstanding policy of not discussing matters related to UFOs or extraterrestrial phenomena.
