Alleged Grey Alien Interview Video

This video has been doing the rounds on the internet for a couple of years now. It's alleged to show an actual interview or interrogation with a grey alien.

The video is alleged to show an interview of an actual alien, with some discussion about the actual video online and social media it's been said about the video that 24fps was most likely what the projector was running at and 16fps was most likely the recording rate, but the timestamp is actually from digital camera.

Reportedly this video was released to the world in 1991.
