Little Sister Premonition Or Visit From The Other Side

This report happened approximately 23 to 25 years ago where the witness was in bed asleep and they woke up in the middle of the night. This isn't uncommon for anyone to wake up during the night.
But what the witness experienced is far from a common experience, as the witness woke up staring out of the side of their bed, estimated by the witness to be about 18 inches away from their face was a young girl standing there looking at the witness.
The young girl didn't say anything and didn't make any movements. The witness estimates the young girl to be between the ages of 4 to 6 years old at the time. Additionally the witness noted that the young girl was dressed in a fancy dress and looked disheveled.
The witness spent approximately a minute looking at this young girl and the girl looking back at the witnesses, " there was nothing said, communicated and no awkwardness or discomfort."
In itself this could be explained by maybe sleep paralysis or a hallucination but witness in this case went on to give some further background regardless of how coincidental or not it may be.
When the witness was around 2/3 years old his mother was pregnant and unfortunately miscarried.
Then just before the witnesses 5th birthday they broke their leg and had to have a number of operations to fix it as well as only started school two weeks earlier it was a stressful time as would be for any child.
The witness goes on to describe an experience they had during one of the few operations they had to fix their broken leg.
During this experience the witness was lying in the operating theater on their own and when the witness looked over to the left they saw a young girl in a fancy dress, approximately 3 years old and looked clean compared to the other experience.
The witness says that at the time of this experience of seeing the young girl in the operating theater, the young girl would have been the age of their brother or sister that the witnesses mother miscarried.
The witness from the young age and experiencing seeing a young girl in the operation theater associated this young girl with the "sister" they had lost and this is further backed up (in the witnesses eyes) by the experience later on in life of an older girl in the witnesses bedroom.
