Fiona Pender, Appeal On The 26th Anniversary Of Disappearance

A renewed appeal for information has been issued 26 years after the disappearance of Fiona Pender from Tullamore, County Offaly.
Ms Pender was last seen at approximately 6.00am on the morning of Friday the 23rd of August 1996 at her flat on Church Street in Tullamore town.
The disappearance of Ms Pender has been the subject of continued investigation by a team in Tullamore and Portlaoise garda stations but to date no one has been brought to justice.
Ms Pender was 25 years old as well as being seven months pregnant when she went missing. Ms Pender is reported to have been wearing a bright coloured clothing and white leggings, being 1.65 metres in height (5 foot, 5 inches) with long blonde hair.
Gardaí have appealed to anyone that met or saw Ms Pender or has any information in relation to her disappearance, who has not spoken to officers, to come forward.
The Gardaí have also appealed to anyone who might have previously come forward and felt that they could not provide all the information they had in relation to the matter to contact the investigation team.
