Two Confirmed Cases of Monkepox in Ireland - HSE

There are two confirmed cases of monkeypox in the republic of Ireland now the HPSC has announced today.
For each of the cases confirmed in the republic of Ireland close contacts have been followed up by the HSE's public health team.
There are more than 200 confirmed cases of monkeypox in Europe, North America and other countries across the world in recent weeks.
The vast majority of these cases do not have travel links to a country where monkeypox is endemic.
