Following the phenomenal success of his first live stage show I Know What I Saw, writer and broadcaster Danny Robins is set to return to the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre in 2026 with a brand-new theatrical experience. Featuring real-life accounts of hauntings, apparitions, poltergeists and UFO encounters, the show is a continuation of Robins’ acclaimed Uncanny series, known for blending gripping storytelling with serious paranormal investigation.

Robins will once again be joined on stage by parapsychologist Ciarán O’Keeffe and psychologist and writer Evelyn Hollow, both regular contributors to the Uncanny podcast and television series. The new live show promises to immerse audiences in chilling, true-life cases that defy rational explanation, enhanced by striking sound design, video projection, and theatrical effects.

“This is NOT an ordinary live podcast show”, producers said in a statement. “This is story-telling and paranormal investigation at its peak. Danny and the team are back to tell thrillingly new and terrifying real-life stories and witness accounts that will have you utterly gripped.”

The 2023 production, 'I Know What I Saw' was one of the most successful paranormal stage shows in UK and Irish theatre history, selling out venues across the country. Audiences were captivated by its mix of drama and investigation, with many attendees sharing their own eerie encounters. Its success has built anticipation for the upcoming 2026 tour.

Using a unique combination of theatrical presentation and audience interaction, the show invites viewers to contribute their own theories - and even personal stories. “Whether you are Team Sceptic, Team Believer or somewhere in between, everyone is welcome”, the team insists.

With accounts ranging from ghost sightings in isolated country homes to inexplicable events witnessed at speeds exceeding 100 kilometres per hour, the new show explores phenomena that continue to puzzle experts and challenge sceptics alike. One case involves an alleged close encounter involving a mysterious object hovering several kilometres above a quiet village - an incident investigated with the same rigour Robins applies across his work.

Special effects in the production may include strobe lighting, flashing lights, smoke and haze, and organisers advise audience members to take note of this in advance. The show carries an age guidance: children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older, and no children under the age of 3 will be admitted.

Ticket prices are yet to be confirmed, but are expected to fall in line with previous performances, which ranged from approximately €35 to €65, depending on location and seat selection.

With tickets anticipated to sell quickly, fans of the unexplained are advised to book early once sales open. As the tagline goes:

“So... do you have a fear of the dark? Or are you brave enough to try to solve these chilling, intriguing mysteries?”

We will be there, front row, and we're looking forward to the stories that will come out on the night from Ireland!
