Part two sees SAW's Lost Souls continue to investigate an abandoned mother and baby home in County Westmeath.

Kinturk, a once fine mansion in County Westmeath, Ireland, now stands boarded up and in danger of falling into dereliction. The property, which includes around 40 hectares of land, has a long and complex history.
In September 1934, Kinturk was sold to the Sisters of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, a religious order that repurposed the estate to serve as a mother and baby home. During this time, many buildings were added to the original mansion, including one edifice built around 1941 that greatly exceeded the size of the original house. These expansions were made to accommodate the increasing number of residents in the institution.
Mother and baby homes, like the one established at Kinturk, have since become associated with a dark chapter in Irish history. These institutions were places where unmarried pregnant women were sent to give birth, often under harsh and restrictive conditions. The treatment of these women and their children has been the subject of controversy and investigation, revealing many tragic stories.
The use of Kinturk changed in 1971 when the local health board took over the facility and converted it into a care home. However, it is no longer in use today, and the building has been left largely abandoned.
